During the height of my overwhelm, I began consciously choosing what was going into my body. I swapped out overly processed foods for nutrient-dense ones. I cut sugary drinks in favour of more energizing fluids.
It was a pivotal moment in my life that sent me on a journey to learn everything I possibly could about nutrition and how it affects our mind, body and spirit.
I enrolled at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and studied to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and my passion has continued to grow as I see the changes that good nutrition can have in my life, and in yours!

I know this to be true because I didn’t always connect the dots. I didn’t know any better for most of my life.
I was on autopilot, eating the same things over and over again, buying the same foods from the store that were not supportive of my health and cooking the same meals for my family without ever questioning how it would affect us.
I was so busy as a mom & wife, that addressing what we were eating was not even on my radar.
